This class will offer a challenging whole body workout using the minimum of equipment (in the main just your own body weight and a series of movements) with variations introduced week on week. The beauty with this type of training is that you push yourself as hard as you think you can go. If you really want to build up a sweat and burn up those calories, go for it. However, if you want to ease yourself into things at a more gentle pace, then that is fine too although you can expect plenty of motivation and encouragement from the trainer to keep you going!! £5 for adults, £2.50 for U18's.

Braintree's Got Talent is an event showcasing the hottest talents in teenagers aged 11-19. The final will be held here, at Braintree Arts Theatre on Saturday 13th July from 7:30pm. Essex Dog Day is fun dog day with many classes, demonstrations and entertainments, opening to the public at 10.00am until 5.00pm on Bank Holiday Sunday 25th August 2013 in the beautiful grounds of Crix, Hatfield Peverel, a privately owned Georgian house accessed directly off the A12. It's easy to get to from all over Essex and parking is free. Essex Dog Day is for dog owners, enthusiasts or just families looking for a great day out. Guy Pratt is THE SIDEMAN in a one man show celebrating 30 years as the bass player of choice for the heavyweights of rock and pop. Guy Pratt has been a crucial member of the rhythm section of mega stars such as Pink Floyd, David Gilmour, Robert Palmer, Roxy Music. Bryan Ferry, Jimmy Page, David Coverdale , Womack & Womack, and The Smiths. And when he’s not been parading his talents live on the stages of every stadium, concert hall and festival around the world, he has been a favourite studio bassist and accompanying singer for the biggest recording artists including Madonna, Michael Jackson, Iggy Pop,The Pretenders, Echo and The Bunnymen and McFly. His one man show is all about life at the pointy end of the music business; Guy regales audiences with stories from behind, behind the scenes. His self-deprecating wit is irresistible and his rip-roaring anecdotes are brilliant and outrageous. This is an evening which is both funny and frank with enough insider’s references to satisfy even afficionados - and he’ll be bringing his beloved vintage Fender bass to demonstrate his craft. By the way, Guy is also a composer who has won a Grammy and been nominated for two Ivor Novello Awards – not bad for a bloke who just “hangs around with the band”!
